Constraining Southern Ocean Air-Sea-Ice Fluxes Through Enhanced Observations
A review paper from the SOLAS community, which is entitled "Constraining Southern Ocean Air-Sea-Ice Fluxes Through Enhanced Observations", has been published recently.
In this paper, Swart et al. highlighted the Southern Ocean-specific observational gaps, scales, and challenges in estimating air-sea-ice fluxes, summarised key focus areas for future flux research, and offered recommendations for improving estimates of fluxes.
